I did a searchon Healing Ankn and Artifacts to find how you use them and should I keep or sell them.

I would like some info on: Artifacts: 1-Frost; 2- Storm;3- Flame and the healing Ankn.

All those are the same in Pre, they all can have the same mods. you use them as an offhand item.

you cannot modify them. they must be found with mods.

They're all just offhands. no diffrence in pre.

The difference comes in the higher level offhand items. They will require Water, Air, Fire and Healing respectively to gain their full energy bonus. Other than that they are basically the same. If you don't need them, I suggest salvaging them and saving up the materials.

actually depends on what profession you are. if you are a caster (i.e. monk, mesmer, necro or elementalist) then you can carry it in your offhand for extra energy (if it has energy on it) as long as it doesnt have a requirement. For example a frost artifact rq 4 water magic cant be used by a monk. If you arent a caster or if it has a requirement on it that you dont meet. Then either sell it to a merchant or salvage it for materials you will need later on in game to get better armor.
